Yes. This is a private collection service, not an NHS one, so you're paying for the visit itself, not the test. Bring your valid NHS or GP/consultant form on the day, and our nurse takes your sample straight back to the lab or hospital named on that form, so it's processed exactly as if you'd attended in person. We can't take a sample without the form.

Yes. For 6 or more people at one site (office, care home, or clinic) we run it as a single group booking with one company invoice, so you're not coordinating individual appointments. For fewer than 6 people, we still visit any home or workplace address you choose.

Samples are collected using single-use sterile equipment, labelled correctly, and transported securely to our UKAS ISO 15189 accredited laboratory. Results are typically available in 1–3 working days.

Private tests appear in your VitaLync patient portal within 1–3 working days. NHS/GP form results are issued by the hospital or lab your form was addressed to, on their usual timescale.
