The haemoglobinopathy screen using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is a diagnostic test used to detect haemoglobin variants and thalassaemias.

Clinical Application

This test is interpreted alongside clinical information and full blood count (FBC) results to accurately identify haemoglobin disorders.
