The Harmony Prenatal Test is a non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) option for expectant mothers, designed to evaluate the risk of certain chromosomal abnormalities in a developing fetus.

What the Test Detects

This test assesses the likelihood of conditions such as Down syndrome (trisomy 21), trisomy 13, and trisomy 18.

How the Test is Performed

The Harmony test analyzes fetal DNA using a small blood sample drawn from the mother’s arm. It is typically performed during the first or second trimester and can deliver results as early as 10 weeks into pregnancy.
